In the event of breakage, you can buy your article again, or another one of the same price or lower, from any authorized Lladro establishment with a 33% discount on the price in this sales outlet.
If the damage is only to a complement, Lladro will send it to you at no charge via your dealer (only exceptional cases will a charge be made for certain complements).
