Only With the Lladro Assurance Program, we want to offer a complete service for you to enjoy your sculptures for a long time. Lladro therefore insures your sculpture at no charge from the date of purchase.

In the event of breakage, you can buy your article again¹, or another one of the same price or lower, from any authorized Lladro establishment with a 33% discount on the price in this sales outlet.

If the damage is only to a complement, Lladro will send it to you at no charge via your dealer (only exceptional cases will a charge be made for certain complements).

Just complete the Free Assurance Certificate you will find inside the box with your details, or enter the same details in the option.
